Prior to co-founding Integrated Elements, Tom spent over twenty five years in the automotive financial services industry, the past twenty working for a luxury brand captive finance company. During his time with the luxury captive, he held a wide range of positions from sales and marketing through operations including several senior level positions. During this time the firm experienced three separate ownership structures and won nationally recognized customer service awards. The experience of leading in diverse environments and under multiple successful corporate organizations is a fundamental ingredient in the delivery of outstanding solutions to clients today.

Tom received his MBA (Concentration in Human Resource Management) from Benedictine University and his BS degree in Finance from Illinois State University. He is a graduate of the Consumer Bankers Association Graduate School of Bank Management and participated in the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership. Tom is a Ford-certified 6-Sigma Green Belt and Project Champion.

Tom is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, the D/FW OD Network, the Society for Human Resource Management and the Dallas Human Resource Management Association. He is an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts, his church’s religious education program, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and has spent many years coaching youth sports programs. Tom is an avid runner who has completed 3 marathons.

Prior to co-founding Integrated Elements, Steve spent twenty-one years in the automotive financial services industry, working for a well-known luxury brand captive finance company. During his career there, the company was recognized multiple times nationally for its customer service excellence. Steve held a broad array of leadership roles in many diverse areas including IT, Organizational Effectiveness, Six Sigma and Quality, Operations, Risk Management, Vehicle Remarketing, and Accounting.

Steve holds an MBA in Marketing from Iona College, an MS in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers College. He attended GE’s MDC Management Development Program in Crotonville, NY. Steve is a GE-trained and Ford-certified 6-Sigma Black Belt and an experienced Green Belt instructor. He also participated in the Center for Creative Leadership’s Strategic Leadership Program and the Aspen Institute’s Value and Ethics Program.

Steve is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants where he serves on the National Ethics Committee. His other current professional affiliations include the American Society for Quality, the D/FW OD Network, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Dallas Human Resource Management Association, and the Human Capital Institute. He has also been an active volunteer with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund and Junior Achievement.
